Practical solution
The training is introduced with an information drive in which the actual training is presented. In this material, the staff members and retailers is given the opportunity to choose language and type of material.

Option 1
If the staff members and retailers have access to a computer with an internet connection no further paper work is needed. All administration and certification is handled via the Internet. Training material in the form of DVD/CD-ROM is sent to the address that is given in connection with training registration on the website.

Option 2
Staff members and retailers who do not have access to the Internet, or are not familiar with the use of a computer, return the form stating the format in which they would like to receive the training material. The choices include a multi-language DVD and also possibly, CD-ROM.

Training material
The heart of the training course consists of a website in which all material and information concerning the training course is stored. All staff members and retailers are registered in a database, and can whenever convenient log in and take the course, or order the training materials.

The training course consists of a 30 min. training video, and a test of which the questions are based upon the video. Passing the test is required to receive a certificate of completion. After the test, feedback is given on the test result, and tips on how to study if the test result were not good enough. After completing the training course, assess is granted to web pages with more in-depth materials, and the opportunity to also exchange experiences with other participants.
