Background
The product is based upon a manual written and printed by the Spelinstitutet. The Internet based treatment method is supplementary to traditional treatment.

The Internet based manual has been developed by the Spelinstitutet and Malmö Mediastudio in 2004.

The research project in which the manual was tested and evaluated has been financed by Statens folkhälsoinstitutet (National Institute for Public Health) and is a partnership between the Spelinstitutet, Linköping University and Malmö Mediastudio.
